At Knapp Orthodontics we’ve pledged 1% of revenue to support local programs, organizations and events that inspire confidence in community youth. We believe in supporting the community that continues to drive us, and everyone around us. We’d love to be a part of every opportunity, but sometimes we have to respectfully decline. Please take a look at our guidelines and suggestions before filling out the request for community partnerships and sponsorships.

Please submit requests at least 6 weeks prior to the event start date, or the date the sponsorship is needed.
Our goal is to support local community events, organizations, and programs that don’t only involve single teams or individuals.
Please complete the required fields. We encourage you to attach any supporting documents as well. Whether or not we are able to fulfill your request we will respond via email.
